🔍Full Movement Audit (Days 1-3) - Each of your three main lifts — squat, bench, and deadlift — will get the spotlight it deserves. With a dedicated day for each lift, we’ll break down your squat, bench, and deadlift to uncover any technical weaknesses and hidden inefficiencies, so that you can shatter those plateaus and feel the confidence skyrocket in each lift. You’ll submit your lifts, I’ll personally review and analyse them, and we’ll make targeted adjustments you can feel instantly. These aren’t just movement reviews… they’re breakthroughs. And because implementation matters, my inbox stays open all 7 days for follow-up videos, questions, and support.
✍🏼Programming Overview (Day 4) - Whether you’re self-coached or already following a set program, we’ll zoom out and look at the bigger picture: your warm-up strategies, accessories/movement pattern selection, load selections, and overall training flow. We’ll identify what’s missing, what’s working, and where things might be capping your progress — then plug those gaps with smart tweaks that complement your current training style.
⚡ Recovery Protocols (Day 5) – You can’t expect to perform like an athlete if you’re recovering like a hobbyist. On Day 5, we’ll break down your recovery protocols from mobility and movement quality to sleep, stress, and active recovery protocols — we’ll uncover what’s limiting your performance and build a plan that gets you back to baseline faster (and stronger) between every session.
You’ll walk away with practical, personalised tools to reduce fatigue, improve performance, and keep your body feeling fresh AF between sessions — even when life gets busy. Because when your recovery is locked and loaded, everything else follows.
🍽️ Nutrition Protocols (Day 6)– On our penultimate day, we'll review your nutrition and fueling strategies from calorie/macro targets, to meal timings and hydration. We’ll assess what you're doing now, where it might be falling short, and what needs to shift so that you feel strong, energised, and in control — whether you're in a building phase, cutting, or maintaining. You’ll leave with a strategy that makes sense, fits your lifestyle, and feels empowering.
📞 Deep-Dive 1:1 Call (Day 7) – We’ll close the intensive with a personal 60-minute call where we unpack the entire audit, review your biggest opportunities for growth, and map out exactly how to keep the momentum going.
